Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the ChatGPT Bulk Delete Chrome extension and this website, both run by an independent developer, qcrao (“I”, “me”). By installing the extension or buying a plan, you agree to them.

What the extension does

The extension adds checkboxes to the ChatGPT sidebar and deletes or archives the chats you select, using ChatGPT’s own interface in your browser. Deleted chats cannot be recovered, so check your selection before you start a run.

The extension is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI. ChatGPT can change its interface at any time, which may stop the extension working until I release a fix. I work to keep it compatible but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. Your plan is tied to that account. Keep it secure, and don’t share or resell access to a paid plan.

Plans and billing

• Free: one bulk delete run per day, up to 10 chats per run.
• Monthly ($4.9 per month) and Yearly ($19.9 per year): subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Lifetime ($39.9 once): a one-time payment for access for as long as the extension is offered.

Prices are in US dollars and may exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. If I change subscription prices, the new price applies from your next renewal after notice, and you can cancel before then.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription anytime from the extension under Manage billing. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

Switching to Lifetime

If you upgrade from a subscription to Lifetime, you pay the Lifetime price minus what you paid for your current billing period. Your subscription then stops renewing, and the current period is not refunded separately because it is already credited.

Refunds

If the extension doesn’t work for you, email support@qcrao.com with your receipt and I’ll review a refund request. Refunded purchases lose their paid features.

Early supporters

If you paid $0.99 for bulk archive before October 2026, your purchase is upgraded to Lifetime at no extra cost when you sign in with the matching email, or after you send your receipt to support.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the extension to break OpenAI’s terms, to interfere with ChatGPT or my servers, or to reverse engineer or bypass plan limits. I may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimer and liability

The extension is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for lost conversations or other indirect damages, and my total liability is limited to what you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced in the extension. Continuing to use the extension after a change means you accept it.
