Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free accounts get one bulk delete per day, up to 10 chats per run. Bulk archive, unlimited runs and an ad-free popup are part of Pro.
How do I upgrade?
Open the extension, sign in with Google and choose a plan. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, and your plan is active as soon as payment completes.
I paid $0.99 before. What happens to my purchase?
Early supporters are upgraded to Lifetime at no extra cost. Sign in with the Google account that uses the email you paid with and it happens automatically. If you used a different email, send your receipt to support and I'll restore it.
Can I switch from a subscription to Lifetime?
Yes. You pay Lifetime minus what you paid for your current billing period. Your subscription stops renewing, so there are no further charges.
How do I cancel?
Open the extension, go to your account and choose Manage billing. Or use Manage subscription at the bottom of this page and sign in with the email you paid with. Cancelling stops renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you read my conversations?
No. Selecting and deleting happens entirely in your browser. The server only stores your Google account details, your plan and simple usage counts, such as how many chats a run deleted.

The extension stopped working. What should I do?
ChatGPT probably changed its interface. Reload the ChatGPT page first. If it still fails, email support with a short description and I'll get a fix out as soon as I can.
